What is the Support a Soldier Campaign?
Support a Soldier allows you to show your support for our active duty, reservist, transitioning and Veteran military members.
The profiles below allow you to get to know the needs and goals of our individual members and personally help them find the resources to advance in their healthcare career.
Your support makes a huge difference to the soldiers and their families who will appreciate your support more than you could ever know.
Here's How You Can Help
There are now two options to choose from:
- You can support one of the individuals you've just read about by clicking the button below their story with accompanying number. You are able to donate any amount you choose to help reach the goal, the full amount is not required.
- You can donate a specific service (e.g. books, application fees, certification, etc) to any of the soldiers we are working with now or in the future by clicking the button to the right. These amounts are based on national averages.
Meet our Soldiers and Veterans!
Veteran#101 is a Retired Army E4 Specialist and father of two. Heroes for Healthcare helped him obtain his Medical Assistant certification last year. Once he had his certification, we partnered with Premier Medical Staffing Services and secured a contracted position as a MA with Froedtert Hospital. Throughout his contract, he went above and beyond, resulting in Froedtert offering him a direct, full-time position. While he plans to continue working full-time, he has also decided it's tine to return to school and pursue his dream of becoming a Registered Nurse by obtaining his Bachelors of Science in Nursing.
Goal: Cover Costs for Books for 1st semester - $435.00
